3. Items are sold on first come, first serve basis.

4. Prices shown does not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

5. All transactions are final & item purchased are Non-Refundable or Exchangeable. Please measure the size correctly.

6. All items sold are in perfect condition & we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occured during delivery.

7. Payments are to be made within 2 days from the confirmation on the booking made via e-mail or sms. If no payment has been made within the said time frame, your booking/reservation shall be cancelled without prior notice.

8. Payments made before 12 p.m will be ship out on the same day (except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday). Payments made after 12 p.m will be ship out on the next working day.
